PEGASYS Training
You can produce your own television program for
public access channel 13. Training, studio and field equipment access, and a
cable channel open to the public for free expression. All that’s missing is
YOU!
Training Classes:
No pre-requisites, but enrollment requires students to have the intent to produce programming for channel 13. All classes are held at the 612 W. Green St. studio.
There is no charge for residents of the City or Town of Ithaca or Cayuga Heights. There is a $20 fee for residents of other areas of Tompkins County.
Learn how to operate the PEGASYS studio and crew on 1 or more programs. 3 2-hour sessions.
Basic Portable Production
Learn to use our digital camcorders and desktop editors. Completion of this course requires attendance at 4 2-hour classes plus 2 homework assignments.
